The Manager
Christine Thomas is the Registered Manager, and has been in post since August 2007. Christine is a registered Nurse who completed her training at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. She's passionate about supporting older people, and has over 13 years experience in caring within a care home setting.
Deputy Managers
Hannah Yapp is one of the Deputy Managers and has been working at Four Rivers Nursing Home since September 2014. Hannah has worked her way up from Healthcare Assistant, to Senior Carer in March 2019 and then Deputy Manager in February 2025.

Stacey Evans is the other Deputy Manager and has been working for Four Rivers since December 2010. Stacey has also worked her way up from Healthcare Assistant, to Senior Carer in January 2022 and then Deputy Manager in July 2023.
"I take great pride in building professional therapeutic relationships with residents, guiding the journey from initial introductions as strangers to becoming a trusted and compassionate presence in their lives. I am deeply committed to delivering care that is not only empathetic but also grounded in respect and professionalism. Understanding and maintaining clear boundaries is essential to my practice, as is the ability to recognize potential challenges and respond with sensitivity. I place a strong emphasis on the well-being of both residents and staff, fostering a setting where trust, dignity, and mutual support can flourish."
Administrators
Miranda Webb is the main Business Support Officer at Four Rivers Nursing Home. She joined the team in February 2025 and provides key administrative and business support to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Zoe Jones is another Business Support Officer and has worked at Four Rivers since November 2008, initially as a healthcare assistant and then as a senior care worker as of October 2016. As well as working on shift she now works on reception in a job share with Jay Davis
Jay Davis began working for Four Rivers in May 2023 as a Night Support Worker. In October 2024, she joined the Business Support team supporting the home's daily operations.
